However, this translated content is just treated as a preliminary draft. It is never delivered directly to the client without human review.

Stage 4: Quality Control (QC) with Automated Tools

We then work with advanced quality assurance tools to perform content checks and identify potential issues.

We also ensure objective quality consistency during this step.

Our quality assurance process can be further expanded into the following steps:

• Perform automated checks using tools like X-Bench, Verifika, or QA Distiller.
• Detect and rectify issues, such as:
  • Inconsistent translations
  • Untranslated segments
  • Terminology deviations
  • Formatting and tag errors
• Finally, we resolve all findings prior to sending the file to formatting checks.

Stage 6: Final Quality Checks

The objective of this step is to verify that the final deliverable meets all quality and client specifications.
This process includes:

• Performing a comprehensive linguistic and visual review.
• Confirm that all corrections, glossary terms, and client preferences are implemented.
• Validating contextual accuracy, tone, and consistency across all translated files.

Stage 7: Client Delivery

Once all the checks are performed and every change is validated, we deliver every translated file to the client in the format that they have requested.
