Information required:
We would be requiring all the related documents and reference materials to be used in interpretation service. Interpreters should receive the same information as is sent to the delegates/participants. In addition to that, PowerPoint presentations or documents that will be distributed during the meeting, in particular those for discussion, should be made available to us before they are discussed. Our Interpreters will study the subject matter prior to the conference, as well as they will prepare their conference-specific glossary accordingly.
Please make sure the equipment being used in the conference are in good condition. Interpretation won't stand your expectation in there is any ambient noise or interference due to technical snag.
