Language Translator:

Eligibility :

  1. The candidate must have 6 months-2 yrs. of experience in Translation Field.
  2. Must be a Graduate/ Post Graduate from a recognized university.
  3. Must be a native speaker of the respective language. Must have worked as a translator/ Trainee translator/ Freelancer in IT Domain.
  4. Knowledge of MS Office package and CAT tools.
  5. Must have good Communication skills in written and verbal English.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Translation of assigned task in their respective language.
  2. Proofread of their translation work and to deliver an error free translated document.
  3. Evaluate the reviewer comment on the translated file and to implement accordingly.

Accounts Assistant:

Eligibility :

  1. Must be B.Com/ MBA- Finance/ M. Com.
  2. Experience 1-2 yrs
  3. Good communication skills in both written and verbal English.
  4. Must have good command in Tally 9.0 ERP Version, MS.Office package and internet operations.
  5. Candidate should be able to work in flexible timings.
  6. Must have learning attitude, polite, generous and can easily adoptive to the Company?s environment.

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
  2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
  3. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
  4. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
  5. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
  6. Well versed with Bank reconciliation credit note, balance sheet, journal entries, purchase order.
  7. Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
  8. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
  9. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
  10. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
  11. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
  12. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

Project Coordinator:

Eligibility :

  1. Graduate from recognized university (B.A., B.Com, and B.Sc.).
  2. Experience 0-2 yrs
  3. Good communication skills in English.
  4. Must have knowledge on MS office package and internet operations.
  5. Must have reading, writing and verbal command in any of the indic or foreign language.
  6. Candidate should be able to work in flexible timings.
  7. Must have learning attitude, polite, generous and can easily adoptive to the Company?s environment

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Will be taking care of project execution.
  2. Coordination with translators.
  3. Responsible for on time project delivery.
  4. Job posting in websites as in when required.
  5. Coordination with accounts department for raising purchase order and release of payment.
  6. Daily Project update to Project head or customer.
  7. Quality check of the file in coordination with the Sr. Project coordinator before delivery to customer.
