JOB DESCRIPTION : Candidate will be responsible for
• To create & develop website design.
• To produce websites that is user-friendly, effective and appealing.
• To work closely with seniors and other members of the team to build and refine graphic designs for websites.
• To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• To build websites from 2D concepts created in Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks.
• Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays. Engage in outside- the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to the client.

JOB DESCRIPTION : Candidate will be responsible for
• Taking care of complete project execution.
• Coordination with translators.
• Coordination with accounts department for raising purchase order and release of payment.
• Daily Project update to Project head & customer.
• Quality check of the file in coordination with the seniors before delivery to customer.
• Helps facilitate the Project Manager in the day to day running of projects.
• Coordinate, support and QA projects outsourced to external resources.
• Coordinate the localization activities and produce localized versions of all projects.
• Manage the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality, turn-around time and budget expectations.
• Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements. .
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients.
• Provide support and input to Sales and external clients, including education about the localization process, as required.
• Set and manage client expectations.
• Collaborate with production teams to create, implement and maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions.
• Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for clients, translators and internal teams.
• Participating in improvement for end-to-end localization process and workflow
• Increase standardization of processes, templates, tools and procedures while maintaining flexibility to manage project or market-specific areas to achieve high-quality international releases.

Job Responsibilities :
∗ Evaluate and prepare project deliverables (software, help, docs, websites and others) for translation following set quality standards. This process typically includes the use of CAT tools as well as writing instructions for translators.∗ Resize, format, test, deliver and back up the project deliverables following set quality standards. Testing typically includes filling out a bug report.
∗ Complete own projects on time and in line with quality standards..Provide daily feedback to the Engineering Team Lead on project tasks status.
∗ Manage Translation Memories.
∗ Coordinate, support and QA projects outsourced to external engineering resources.
∗ Support towards colleagues in other departments or freelance translators on CAT tools.
Job Requirements:
∗ Computer experience preferably in the translation/localization industry
∗ Experience of minimum 1 year in the required field is mandatory.
∗ Understanding of localization engineering processes and tools.
∗ Experience with recent Windows operating systems. Macintosh or Linux operating systems knowledge is a plus point.
∗ Scripting experience will be added advantage.
∗ Enthusiastic, organized, flexible and attention to detail.
∗ Good communication skills.
∗ Manage and maintain assessments for potential vendors.
∗ Fluent in English.
